Midfielder Katie Bradley has joined Newcastle United on a free transfer after leaving Charlton Athletic, becoming the club's eighth summer signing.

Newcastle United have snapped up midfielder Katie Bradley on a free transfer, making her the club's eighth summer signing.
The 24-year-old arrives after departing Charlton Athletic, where she helped the side earn promotion to the Barclays Women's Super League last season. Not a bad farewell gift.
Bradley racked up 53 appearances and 13 goals across two seasons with Charlton. Before that, she turned out for Blackburn Rovers in WSL2 and spent time in the American college system with UCF Knights at the University of Central Florida.
She's also represented England at youth level, earning caps up to the Under-23s.
Bradley said the move represents a huge opportunity and expressed her eagerness to contribute to Newcastle's ambitions, as reported by WSL Full-Time.
With eight new faces through the door this summer, Newcastle are clearly not messing about.
