Fiorentina hand Baccaro first professional deal

Teenage talent locked in until 2028

ACF Fiorentina have handed 19-year-old striker Giulia Baccaro her first professional deal, tying the forward to the club until 30 June 2028, as Soccerdonna reports.

Baccaro has spent two years developing in Fiorentina's youth set-up and was the standout performer for the Primavera side in 2025/26, netting 18 goals to finish as the team's top scorer. One particularly eye-catching display saw her bag five in a 12-1 demolition of Brescia away from home.

Serie A bow and background

Her senior debut arrived on 12 April 2025 when she came off the bench against AC Milan in Serie A - her sole first-team appearance to date.

Before moving to Florence, Baccaro came through the ranks at Padova, where she emerged as top scorer following her Serie C debut. She caught Fiorentina's eye after featuring in the Torneo della Pace representing the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti.

International recognition

Baccaro has two friendly caps across Italy's U16 and U17 squads. She received a call-up to the Italian U19 training camp in September 2025 but is yet to make her bow at that level.
