Vivienne Lia is swapping north London for Germany. The 19-year-old winger has completed a permanent move to Eintracht Frankfurt, penning a four-year deal with the Frauen-Bundesliga side.
Not bad for someone who only turned up at Arsenal's academy aged 14. Three years later, she was making her senior bow - though opportunities proved scarce, with just two first-team appearances to her name.
Lia kept busy elsewhere. Stints at Southampton, Nottingham Forest, and Swedish outfit Hammarby IF gave her valuable minutes and a taste of different footballing cultures.
She's also pulled on an England shirt at multiple youth levels, progressing all the way to the Under-23 set-up.
Speaking after the move, Lia said she was thrilled to begin this new chapter and eager to help Frankfurt achieve their goals. She also noted she already knows a few faces in the squad - always handy when you're the new arrival, as WSL Full-Time reports.
