Cesarini Leaves Milan for Fleury Loan

Milan Midfielder Heads to France

FC Fleury 91 have secured the loan signing of Erin Cesarini from AC Milan. The 21-year-old midfielder will remain with the French club until the end of the 2026/27 campaign, as Soccerdonna reports.

Cesarini's contract with Milan runs until 30 June 2028, meaning this is a temporary move rather than a permanent departure.

A Familiar Pattern

This is the second consecutive loan spell away from the San Siro for Cesarini. Last season she featured four times in Serie A Women for Milan before joining Lazio Roma in January, where she added seven further league appearances.

The Lazio move was something of a homecoming - Cesarini developed through their ranks before switching to AC Milan's youth set-up in 2022. She went on to win the Italian youth championship with Milan's Primavera side and earned promotion to the senior squad for the 2024/25 season.

Cesarini also boasts international experience with Italy's U19 and U23 teams. She received a fresh call-up in spring 2026, underlining her continued development despite limited first-team minutes at Milan.
