Trophy collector Arianna Caruso is packing her bags again. The 26-year-old Italian midfielder has left FC Bayern München to sign with Real Madrid on a deal running until 30 June 2030, as reported by Soccerdonna.
She departs Munich with quite the haul - two German championships, two DFB-Pokals, and two Supercups. Not bad for someone who only arrived on loan from Juventus Turin in February 2025.
Bayern made her move permanent in the summer of 2025, handing her a contract until 2028. Clearly, Caruso had other plans. She signalled her desire for a fresh sporting challenge, and Real Madrid were happy to oblige.
In the 2025/26 season, she featured in 20 Bundesliga matches, starting 18, and bagged three goals. She also turned out in five cup ties and ten UEFA Women's Champions League fixtures.
Caruso's CV reads like a trophy cabinet catalogue. Before Bayern, she spent eight seasons at Juventus Turin after beginning her career at Res Roma. In Turin, she racked up a staggering 13 titles - six league crowns and three Coppa Italia triumphs among them.
On the international stage, she remains a fixture for Italy, playing every minute of all five matches at the 2025 European Championship as the Azzurre reached the semi-finals.
