Cristiana Girelli is staying put in the National Women's Soccer League after extending her loan at Bay FC through to 30 June 2027. The Italian striker has simultaneously renewed her deal with Juventus, tying her to the Serie A giants until 30 June 2028.
The move comes on the back of a promising start stateside. Girelli recently bagged her first goal for Bay FC in a win over Houston Dash - a moment that will have only strengthened the club's desire to keep her around.
Girelli's standing in Turin is beyond question. She remains Juventus' all-time leading scorer with 150 goals across 241 appearances, cementing her status as one of the most significant figures in the club's history, OneFootball reports.
At 36, there's clearly plenty left in the tank.
