Crystal Palace have landed Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Fūka Tsunoda on a season-long loan - and she's already buzzing to get started.
The 21-year-old becomes Palace's eighth summer signing as head coach Jo Potter continues her squad-building spree with gusto.
Tsunoda arrived in England only last summer from Japanese SOMPO WE League side Urawa Reds. She managed seven appearances in the Barclays Women's Super League during her spell at Brighton, bagging two goals along the way. Not a bad audition tape.
The midfielder has also pulled on a Japan shirt at Under-20 level, adding international pedigree to her growing CV.
Potter described Tsunoda as an "exciting talent" for the club, while the player herself said she can't wait to get on the pitch for her new side, as reported by WSL Full-Time.
With eight new faces through the door this summer, Palace are clearly not messing about.
