Home comforts for the Basques

Real Sociedad and Eibar have both landed home fixtures on the opening day of the new La Liga F Moeve season, set for Saturday 29 September.

Real Sociedad welcome Logroño United to Zubieta at 12.00, while Eibar host Espanyol at Ipurua with a 17.00 kick-off.

Derby day in the capital

Saturday's schedule also features Deportivo Abanca versus Sevilla at 12.00, the mouthwatering Real Madrid-Atlético derby at 19.00, and Madrid CFF taking on Granada at 21.00.

Sunday action

Athletic Club entertain FC Badalona Women at 12.00 on Sunday, Deportivo Alavés face VCF Femenino at 17.00, and Barcelona round off the weekend against Costa Adeje Tenerife at 19.00.

Warm-up plans

Real Sociedad travel to France to face Olympique Lyonnais this Saturday before a double header on matchday 12 against Deportivo Alavés and Osasuna in Tajonar.

Eibar, meanwhile, have friendlies lined up against Atlético de Madrid B in Lerma and Madrid CFF in Burgos - both on Saturday - plus a Euskal Herria Kopa semi-final clash with Real Sociedad on Sunday 16 September.
