SC Freiburg have bolstered their attacking options by signing 19-year-old Hungarian forward Borbála Vincze from FC Zürich after a productive spell in Switzerland.

SC Freiburg have secured the signing of Hungarian forward Borbála Vincze from Swiss record champions FC Zürich. The 19-year-old departs Switzerland after spending two and a half years at the club, though the length of her new deal in Germany has not been made public.
Vincze racked up 43 appearances and nine goals during her stint with FC Zürich. In the 2025/26 Women's Super League campaign, she featured in 16 matches - starting 15 - and found the net once. She also picked up a Swiss Cup winner's medal in 2024/25.
The young attacker made her Hungary debut on 30 May 2025, lining up in a Nations League fixture against Serbia. She has since earned seven caps, netting her first international goal in a friendly against Ireland in November 2025.
