FC Rosengård's relegation worries deepened on Saturday after they could only manage a 1-1 draw away at Kristianstads DFF in the Damallsvenskan.
Remy Siemsen gave Rosengård an early lead in the 16th minute, but the advantage lasted less than ten minutes. Elin Hansson struck back for KDFF in the 25th minute to level the contest, and neither side could find a winner.
The point leaves Rosengård rooted in 13th place - still below the relegation line and just one point adrift of IFK Norrköping in the relegation playoff spot. KDFF, by contrast, sit comfortably in 6th.
Time is running out for Rosengård, who desperately need wins rather than draws if they are to haul themselves to safety.
Elsewhere in the division, Växjö earned a precious three points on the road against Eskilstuna United. Saga Swedman's solitary goal proved decisive, lifting Växjö to 8th in the table. Eskilstuna remain in 5th despite the defeat.
