After five seasons and 88 appearances, Mia Ross has packed her boots and bid farewell to Charlton Athletic. Not a bad innings, that.
The defender was a fixture in Karen Hills' squad, racking up more than 23 outings across her first three campaigns alone. Consistency? She had it in spades.
Ross added international honours to her CV with a Welsh national team debut back in October 2025 - and has remained part of the setup since.
Charlton confirmed her departure following the expiry of her contract, as WSL Football reports. The club offered warm words of thanks for her service and wished her well for whatever comes next.
Where she ends up remains to be seen. But whoever snaps her up is getting a proven performer with international pedigree.
