Rhyne Howard hit six three-pointers and Angel Reese recorded her 22nd double-double as the Atlanta Dream beat the Toronto Tempo 107-95 at Gateway Center.
AIRhyne Howard drained six three-pointers on the way to 22 points as the Atlanta Dream cruised to a 107-95 victory over the Toronto Tempo at Gateway Center in Atlanta on Monday evening.
Angel Reese was equally dominant, posting 20 points and 14 rebounds for her 22nd double-double of the season. The Dream hit 14 three-pointers in total - a blistering shooting display that Toronto simply could not match.
The result lifts Atlanta to sixth in the WNBA standings, with six wins from their last eight outings. Allisha Gray, the team's leading scorer, alongside Reese and Howard, has formed a formidable trio driving the Dream's recent form.
Reese continues to lead the league in offensive rebounds and second-chance points, making her one of the most impactful players on either end of the floor.
For the Tempo, it was a ninth consecutive defeat. Injuries have ravaged their roster this season, and a record of just 1-12 over their past 13 games leaves them languishing in 13th place. There are few signs of a turnaround any time soon.
