Caitlin Clark put on a sensational display as the Indiana Fever dismantled the Chicago Sky 113-90, pouring in 37 points and dishing out 10 assists in a performance that left little doubt about who controlled the court.
Clark was devastating from beyond the arc, draining eight three-pointers to set a new franchise record. The Fever hit 18 triples in total on a night where their offence fired on all cylinders.
Clark wasn't alone. Kelsey Mitchell matched her intensity with 30 points of her own, giving the Sky defence no respite throughout the contest.
On the Chicago side, Natasha Cloud led with 16 points and seven assists, while Azura Stevens chipped in 14 points and eight rebounds - but it was nowhere near enough to keep pace.
The defeat proved fatal for Chicago's postseason hopes, officially eliminating the Sky from playoff contention.
Indiana managed the emphatic victory without centre Aliyah Boston, who sat out with a right leg injury. Boston had been in strong form, registering 22 points and six assists in the Fever's previous outing against New York.
The Sky travel to Connecticut on Tuesday night, while the Fever host the Connecticut Sun on Friday evening.
