All 10 of the WTA's top-ranked players are set to compete at this year's Cincinnati Open, though injuries have already thinned the wider field.

The 2026 Cincinnati Open is shaping up to be one of the most stacked WTA events of the summer. All 10 of the tour's highest-ranked players have entered, headlined by World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka alongside Elena Rybakina, Jessica Pegula, Coco Gauff, Mirra Andreeva, Karolina Muchova, Linda Noskova, Iga Swiatek, Amanda Anisimova, and Elina Svitolina.
Past winners Swiatek, Sabalenka, and Gauff are all set to compete again, joined by fellow former champions Madison Keys and Karolina Pliskova. That depth of pedigree alone makes the draw formidable.
Not everyone will make it to Ohio, though. Victoria Mboko and Hailey Baptiste have both pulled out through injury, while Lois Boisson has also withdrawn - with Kamilla Rakhimova stepping in as her replacement.
A 96-player singles draw awaits, comprising 75 direct entrants, 12 qualifiers, eight wild cards, and one special exemption. Wild card selections will be revealed closer to the start date. Main-draw action begins on 13 August at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio, building towards the singles final on 23 August.
