Cameroon forward Nina Soufiya Ngueleu has completed a move to Lazio Roma, fresh off the back of lifting the Women's Africa Cup of Nations with her national team.
The 21-year-old arrives in Italy after three seasons at Montpellier HSC, where she made 21 appearances in the French top flight during 2025/26, finding the net once. She had initially joined the club in 2023 following a spell in Paris Saint-Germain's youth setup.
Ngueleu's summer could hardly have gone better. She featured in all four of Cameroon's matches at the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations in August, helping her side knock out defending champions Nigeria en route to the quarter-finals before going all the way to the final.
There, Cameroon dispatched Malawi 3-0 to claim the continental crown - and, crucially, secure a spot at the 2027 World Cup in the process, Soccerdonna reports.
With international pedigree now firmly established, Ngueleu will be looking to make her mark in Serie A as Lazio bolster their attacking options.
