The 19-year-old forward, a product of Leicester's own academy, first burst onto the scene with her senior debut back in October 2023 - against Manchester United, no less. Not a bad way to introduce yourself.
Draper signed her first professional contract in 2024, and this latest extension signals the club's intent to keep homegrown talent at the heart of their plans as they prepare for life in Barclays WSL2 following last season's relegation.
The young striker is expected to feature far more prominently this time around, with Leicester banking on her development as they plot an immediate return to the top flight, WSL Full-Time reports.
For Draper, it's a chance to rack up serious minutes. For Leicester, it's a statement that the rebuild starts with their own.
