AILeicester City have bagged themselves midfielder Libby Bance on a free transfer, making her the club's fifth summer signing as they gear up for life in Barclays WSL2.
The 23-year-old arrives after parting ways with Brighton & Hove Albion, where she came through the academy and racked up 44 senior appearances. Not bad for someone who spent a fair chunk of her time out on loan.
Bance's CV reads like a tour of British football. Loan stints at Rangers, Bristol City, and Birmingham City gave her valuable experience - and silverware, too. She played six matches as Birmingham clinched the Barclays WSL2 title last season, as WSL Full-Time reports.
Bance has already spoken about how warmly the squad have welcomed her and says she can't wait to get out in front of the Leicester fans.
The Foxes clearly aren't done shopping either. Expect more arrivals before the window shuts as Leicester continue building ahead of the new campaign.
