Manchester United have landed Monica Jusu Bah from BK Häcken on a four-year deal worth roughly £400,000. The 23-year-old winger arrives after six productive years in Swedish football.
Jusu Bah was no passenger at Häcken. She helped the club lift the 2025 Damallsvenskan title, featuring in all 26 league matches, netting ten goals and adding four assists.
This season she bagged four goals and three assists in 15 league outings. She also starred in the UEFA Women's Europa Cup, where Häcken triumphed 4-2 against Hammarby in the final, and made her mark in the Swedish Cup, Soccerdonna reports.
Her career began at Umeå IK, where she cut her teeth in the Damallsvenskan before a stint in the Elitettan. The move to Häcken proved transformative - she blossomed into a full Sweden international and gained Champions League experience.
She earned her first cap in February 2024 against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Eleven appearances have followed, including her debut international goal during the 2027 World Cup qualifiers against Denmark. Not a bad CV for someone still just 23.
