Hull's collapse hands Huang the title

Charley Hull had the PIF London Championship in her grasp - and let it slip in devastating fashion. A double-bogey on the 17th hole blew her lead wide open, gifting Anna Huang an opportunity she seized with ruthless efficiency.

Huang strikes when it matters

While Hull faltered, Huang kept her nerve. She closed out a superb final stretch to claim victory, leaving Hull to rue what might have been. It was clinical. It was cold. And it was entirely Hull's own doing.

English hopes dashed again

Hull wasn't the only English player with aspirations. Lottie Woad had also been in contention heading into the final stages. Woad carded a one-under 70 on Saturday to sit at three under overall, while Hull posted a 71 to trail at two under.

Crowded leaderboard added pressure

Yealimi Noh led the tournament after a two-under 69. Esther Henseleit, Lucy Li, Shiho Kuwaki, Jeeno Thitikul, and Haeran Ryu were all lurking within five shots. Ryu, the second-round leader, imploded on the back nine with a three-over 74.

Noh showed her quality with several clutch par saves, including a stunning chip-in from sand. She entered the final pairing chasing a first major title.

Brutal conditions tested everyone

Wind off the Lancashire coast made the third round a war of attrition. Woad acknowledged how punishing the back nine played. Hull briefly looked to have mastered the elements with birdies on 15 and 16 - before her 17th-hole disaster changed everything.
