Baum blooms on debut

Arsenal Women kicked off their 2026-27 campaign in typically efficient fashion, grinding out a 1-0 win at Brighton. The hero? Lisa Baum, who marked her first appearance for the club with the only goal of the game.

Slegers picks from an embarrassment of riches

Manager Renee Slegers went with Rodriguez, Fox, Williamson, Catley, Batlle, Little, Stanway, Smith, Caldentey, Baum, and Russo from the start. Even so, four players couldn't squeeze into the 20-strong matchday squad - a clear sign of how stacked this roster is.
